Manna Tacos



Manna Tacos


1 tsp coconut oil
1 large egg
1 Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
1 Tbsp olive oil
dash salt (optional)
1 oz cooked ground beef
1 leaf iceberg lettuce finely cut
Several cilantro leaves
2 slices tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp jack cheese, shredded
1/4 avocado, sliced

In small bowl whisk egg till mixed well. Add olive oils and stir. Add almond flour,  flax seed meal and salt, if desired, and stir well.  Heat coconut oil in a small skillet on medium heat. Once coconut oil is melted pour batter in, cover and let cook about 4 minutes or until the underside is golden brown. Flip and cook a minute longer.   Remove from pan and gently fold over to form a 'taco shell'.  Fill with remaining ingredients.
