Ketones vs. Dr. Atkins!



Somebody recently compared Ketones Aren't From Motown to The Atkin's Diet. While there are similarities,  'Ketones' teaches you the science behind weight loss and how to use that knowledge to your benefit. Understanding Ketosis means you don't have to eat meat all the time -- in fact you can eat anything you want to when you understand the relationship between carbohydrates, glucose and what happens when you store up glycogen -- and when you deplete your glycogen storage.  Understanding Ketosis puts you in control over whether you're gaining, maintaining or losing weight.  I'm not sure Dr. Atkin's ever empowered his followers with such knowledge!
