Twas the night before Christmas…Cookies for Santa
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2-1/4 almond flour
Preheat oven to 350.
In medium bowl use microwave to melt butter. Add brown sugar and Splenda and cream
together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add baking soda and salt, mixing
well. Mix in almond flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Place by heaping teaspoon-fulls, one inch apart,
on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
