Thanks for counting down the 12 days of Christmas with me! Today the only recipe I have for you is a bit of advice: Enjoy! But be like the wise men and be wise.  Be good to yourself and choose wisely!  Here is a list of some of the most common holiday foods and the carbs a typical serving has. Enjoy yourself and have a little of everything you love, but don't overdo it. Instead savor every bite! Merry Christmas!
